The word “CoFusion” sums up our work. Our mission is to cultivate our expertise shoulder to shoulder with communities as we infuse together to end inequities and seek social justice. We envision lifting the world forward through infusing transformative change.

We work with marginalized groups, communities’ members, educational institutions, and varied public and private organizations.
One community, shoulder to shoulder, means we stand with you from day one, providing support until we reach your desired goals. Our expertise goes beyond consultation. We mentor and coach through the process of transformation to develop agency.
In addition to our team, we also connect with a large community of educational leaders to augment our efforts as needed.
